About the Role

Are you at the beginning of your career and curious about the finance industry? The work involves contact with customers via phone and digital channels, making you a central representative for our brand. Here, you will work closely with your team, exchange experiences, and drive each other towards common goals while developing your own skills in the finance area.

About You

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in a role where communication, customer contact, and business acumen are in focus. You are results-oriented and driven, with a natural inclination for customer service. You quickly build trust, spark interest in customers, and have the ability to steer conversations towards a common goal. Furthermore, you are persistent, curious, and motivated by achieving results.

Important for the Position:

• Completed high school education, preferably with a focus on economics, or a strong interest in the field
• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
• Previous experience in customer service
• Good computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service via phone, chat, or email
• Post-secondary education in economics

• Positive attitude
• Goal-oriented and motivated by working towards clear objectives
• Enjoys taking responsibility and collaborating in a team
